Steamed Pork Ribs with Tempeh and Taro

Wash the pork ribs with flying water.

Dice the taro and deep-fry it. Put the green onions and tempeh in a pot with a little oil and stir fry until fragrant. Pour into the ribs together with the yam, add pepper, thirteen spices, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt and wood powder, and mix well.

Put it in a steamer, steam it, and serve.
