Steamed Pork with Black Rice Noodles

The main material required. The meat is served before the choice because it can bring some fat. If you use lean meat, it doesn't taste good. Of course, if you don’t like fat meat, you can use whole lean meat.

The meat was cut into pieces, and I separated the fat, lean, and skins so that I could take what I needed. Dice the pepper and shred the ginger.

Add black rice noodles, fish sauce, salt, chili diced, vegetable oil, and soy sauce to the meat and mix well. Be careful not to add water. After mixing it, wow, it hasn't been steamed yet, I can smell the scent of the blending of various seasonings! Leave a little black rice noodles and mix in the potato wedges. The potatoes do not need to be mixed with rice noodles.

Pour the right amount of water into the pot, don't need too much, just reach the height of the steaming rack, because the water will not be lost as long as you use the pressure cooker to steam. Then put the meat bowl on the steaming rack in the pot.

The selection time is 30 minutes. I use a pressure cooker, the same is true with a steamer, but the time is relatively longer, and I have to constantly check it out. I use a pressure cooker to save more worry, and I won’t worry about the water drying out.
