Steamed Pork with Glutinous Millet

Soak the glutinous millet overnight.

Wash and drain.

Cut pork into small pieces, wash and drain.

Mince ginger.

Pour oil in the pan, add the minced ginger, fermented black bean paste and soybean paste and stir fry for 2 minutes until the red oil is turned off.

Add the lean meat and mix well.

Add glutinous millet and mix well.
8.
Put it on a plate and steam it in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes before serving.
