Steamed Pork with Glutinous Millet

Soak the glutinous millet overnight.

Drain the soaked glutinous millet.

Cut the pork into medium-sized pieces.

Mince ginger.

Pour oil in a pan and heat to a low heat. Add ginger, black bean paste and soybean paste and stir fry for a minute. Turn off the heat.

Add pork and mix well.
7.
Then add glutinous millet and mix well.
8.
Put it on a plate and steam in a steamer for 20 minutes.
9.
Finished product.
