Steamed Pork with Glutinous Rice Flour "spare Ribs"

I forgot to take the picture. Let me dictate it. The first step: wash the ribs and marinate them with cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, and chicken essence for half an hour to let them taste good! Soak the glutinous rice in water for half an hour.

Second: Coat the marinated ribs with steamed meat powder, covering each one, and steam the soaked glutinous rice in a rice cooker.

Peel the sweet potatoes, cut them into pieces, place them at the bottom of a large bowl and place them on the bottom. Cover the sweet potatoes with the boiled glutinous rice...Finally place the ribs on the top...

Use a steamer. I don’t have a steamer. I use a wok, put a steaming rack, add water underneath, and add about 3 bowls. Then put the ribs in the bowl and steam it for an hour, and finally put some coriander and chopped green onion on it. This way it is steamed.
