Continue to solve the problem of pork belly. Today I made steamed pork with lotus leaves. Actually I wanted to make this dish in the first half of the year. However, there is no fresh lotus leaves. I really don’t like dried lotus leaves. I usually like to use fresh ingredients and home-made ingredients for cooking, so when I was selling fresh lotus leaves, I hurriedly bought some home. The rice noodles were also made by myself. This way, fresh lotus leaves and homemade ingredients were added. The steamed meat made with rice noodles is also very good, and the family likes it very much. "
