Steamed Pork with Yam-----sweet Meat and Soft Glutinous Yam

500 grams of yam,

Peeled and cleaned,

Slice for use,

Slice pork belly, add seasonings and mix well.

Put the cut yam on a plate,

Place the mixed pork belly on top of the yam,

Put it in an electric pressure cooker for 15 minutes and serve.
8.
Serve after cooling.
