Steamed Potatoes with Crispy Pork

Peel the potatoes and cut into thick slices

Put a little salt in the potato chips, mix the light soy sauce appropriately and set aside

The crispy pork is made from pork belly slices, salt, light soy sauce, mixed well, and then deep-fried in oil.

Put the fried crispy pork on top of the potato chips

Put it in an electric pressure cooker and steam it for 20 minutes,

The electric pressure cooker can decompress by itself, mix well and start eating (if you like spicy, you can put chili oil, I like pure flavor)
Tips:
It is best to use a stainless steel bowl for steaming, for better heat transfer
