Steamed Potatoes with Sausage

Cut the potatoes into pieces and the sausage into larger pieces.

Put potatoes in a bowl, add a little sugar, salt and fresh soy sauce.

Put on the sausage.

Add an appropriate amount of goose fat (or lard).
5.
Steam until the potatoes are soft and rotten. (I steamed it in a pressure cooker when I was cooking.) After removing it, add some chives and mix well.
