Steamed Prawn Balls with Radish

Shrimp shelling, pick out the shrimp intestines, add a little salt, pepper and soy sauce and mix well; add ginger, salt, a little pepper and a small amount of starch to the minced meat and mix well

Peel the radish and cut 20 slices, 10 slices of which are printed with a circle in the middle with a large decorative mouth

Tips:
The whole piece of radish can be filled with minced meat without slicing and digging a hole.
The top slice of radish is empty with minced meat squeezed up, and the shrimp will be steamed on top to prevent it from falling off.
