Steamed Prawn Balls with Radish

Prepare the materials.

Dehull the shrimp, pick the shrimp intestines, add a little salt and cooking wine, mix well and set aside.

Add ginger, salt and a small amount of starch to the minced meat and mix well.

Peel and cut 20 slices of radish, print fancy or use directly, and then print a circle in the middle.
