Generally, steamed prawns with garlic vermicelli is more common, but my one is a little different and I use ginger. The reason why ginger is used is that the family likes the taste of ginger. Second, eat radish in winter and ginger in summer. Third, I have eaten the steamed prawns with garlic vermicelli in the restaurant, but I have never eaten ginger and want to taste fresh. After tasting, the family agreed that the steamed prawns with ginger vermicelli was great.
