Steamed Pumpkin

Wash the pumpkin, cut into pieces and set aside

Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the pot, heat the oil for seven minutes, pour into the pumpkin, stir-fry on high heat for 3 minutes, then add red chopped pepper and 1 tablespoon of salt (the chopped pepper has salt, don’t put too much), stir for 1 minute, serve, set aside

Put water in the pot, cover the pot, steam for 15 minutes on high heat, let cool for a while, ready to eat
Tips:
1. It should not be steamed for too long;
2. If you don't like to eat chili, you don't need to put chili.
