Steamed Razor Clams with Garlic

Wash green onion and cut into sections, wash ginger and shred, wash garlic, peel and mince.

Tips:

3. How to choose razor clams: The shell is clean and there is little mud and sand, and the golden color is relatively fresh. When buying, you can touch its body with your hand. If it is free to expand and contract, it means it is fresh.
4. If the razor clams are bought and not used temporarily, put them in the refrigerator and keep them active for 2-3 days.
