Steamed Ribs with Glutinous Rice

Soak the glutinous rice overnight;

In a large bowl, put pork ribs, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder, 1/4 teaspoon sugar, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, cornstarch 1 teaspoon and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, marinate evenly;

Spread the bottom of the bowl of steamed ribs with corn husks;

Mix the ribs with glutinous rice;

Put the mixed ribs and glutinous rice in a bowl with corn husks, boil water in a pan, and steam for about 20 minutes.
Tips:
1. Cut the ribs into smaller pieces as much as possible, and steam the larger pieces for a longer time;
2. It is best to soak glutinous rice so that it can be easily steamed;
3. It is best to spread the ingredients for steamed vegetables. If steamed in a pile, it will be difficult to cook thoroughly in the middle.
