Steamed Ribs with Glutinous Rice

Wash the ribs and cut into small pieces.

Soak the glutinous rice overnight in advance.

Put the ribs on a plate and add all the auxiliary materials except glutinous rice.

Grasp evenly and mix and flatten.

Add a spoonful of soy sauce to the glutinous rice and mix well.

Spread flat on the surface of the ribs.

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot and bring to a boil. Put in raw ribs and cover tightly. Steam over high heat for about 40 minutes until the glutinous rice is cooked.
