Steamed Ribs with Tempeh and Potatoes

Soak pork ribs in clean blood and rinse and control the moisture

Prepare the seasoning (oyster sauce, rice wine, green onion, ginger, coriander, chopped tempeh and garlic cloves, chopped into minced pickled peppers, chopped water starch)

Mix well with salt, rice wine, oyster sauce, green onion, ginger, cover and refrigerate for more than 6 hours

Then peel and slice the potatoes into the bottom of the pot

Then put in the marinated ribs

Add minced garlic tempeh and chopped pickled peppers

Steam in a hot pot on cold water for more than 40 minutes

There will be a lot of juice after steaming
