Steamed Scallops with Garlic Vermicelli

Separate the scallop meat from the shell and wash separately to remove sediment and intestines

Soak the vermicelli in hot water and cut into small pieces
3.
Put the right amount of vermicelli on the scallop shell
4.
Put the scallop meat on top of the vermicelli
5.
Put the scallops on the steamer and steam for 10 minutes
6.
While steaming the scallops, wash and chop the small red peppers and garlic, fry them in a wok until fragrant, and add some salt
7.
Drizzle the fried garlic and chili on the steamed scallops. Out of the pot~ perfect
Tips:
1. When cleaning scallops, remove the gills and sand lines on the sides of the scallops
2. Add more oil and more juice for frying chili and garlic
