Steamed Scallops with Garlic Vermicelli

Straps bought back

Use a knife to pry open the shell, take out the meat, and clean it

The meat is too thick, I cut it in half, add some salt, cooking wine, and black pepper to marinate for a while

Soak the fans in advance

Clean the shell with a toothbrush and put the vermicelli underneath

Saute the garlic with oil in advance and add it to the scallops

After the water in the pot is boiled, steam the scallops for 4-5 minutes

Take a small bowl, add light soy sauce, fish sauce and a little sugar and stir to make a sauce

Take out the steamed scallops and drizzle with the adjusted sauce

Add chopped green onion and diced red pepper

Heat a little salad oil in a small pot and pour it over the chopped green onion and red pepper.
Tips:
The big scallop is very thick, so I cut it in half!
The steaming time does not need to be very long, no more than 5 minutes!
The garlic must be sautéed with oil before steaming it is delicious!
