Steamed Sea Bass

Remove the entrails of a sea bass, wash it, and put a knife on it.

Spread a layer of salt on the inside and outside of the fish body, stuffed green onion ginger into the belly.

Sprinkle shredded green onion and ginger on the bottom of the plate.

Put the sea bass on the plate.
5.
Put it in a pot, steam for 8 minutes on medium heat, and pour out the fish soup.
6.
Top with soy sauce.
7.
2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar.
8.
Put shredded green onions and drizzle with hot oil.
9.
The tender and delicious steamed sea bass is ready.
Tips:
Don’t steam the sea bass for too long. Steam per catty of sea bass for 8 minutes is good, too long will affect the taste.
