Steamed Sea Bass

1. Prepare a sea bass and clean it

2. Use a knife to make two strokes on the fish's back as shown in the figure

3. Brush both sides of the fish body with cooking wine

4. Add 1 tablespoon of salt and spread evenly on both sides

5. Spread ginger slices on the bottom of the fish plate

6. Put the sea bass (with the belly down) and sprinkle with shredded ginger

7. The water in the pot opens up into the perch

8. Cover and steam for ten minutes

9. Time is up, take it out and pour out the soup in the plate

10. Remove ginger

11. Spread shredded red pepper and green onion

12. Drizzle with hot oil
