Steamed Sea Bass

A fresh sea bass, about 500 grams is the best, with a flower knife.

Spread salt and cooking wine evenly on the body and belly of the fish, and enlarge the onion and ginger slices.

Put a small green onion knot, and a chopstick under the fish body to facilitate the heat evenly and drain the water. The water in the steamer is boiled on the fish and the fish is steamed.

Cover and steam for 8 minutes!

Pour out the soup from the steamed sea bass and remove the green onion knots

Put oil in the pot and boil

Put steamed fish soy sauce and shallots

Just drizzle with hot oil!
Tips:
Steamed fish needs water to be steamed in the pot, 8 minutes is the best, the fish is delicious, tender and delicious!
