Steamed Sea Bass with Sauce
1.
The perch is clean, and the fish is cut with a knife, or it can be cut directly. Prepare the ingredients.
2.
Top the sea bass with ginger slices and top with cooking wine to get rid of fishy. Spread salt on both sides and marinate for 10 minutes. Boil the water in the pot, put the hot water on the pot, and steam on high heat for 8-10 minutes.
3.
After steaming, take out, and pour 2-3 teaspoons of steamed fish soy sauce.
4.
Top with shredded red pepper and green onion. Then heat the corn oil in a clean pot, pour it on the fish while it is hot, and the dish is complete!
Tips:
1. Fresh sea bass is more delicious! Marinate for a while before steaming.
2. Do not put shredded red pepper and green onion when steaming, they are put after steaming. Just add hot oil and just pour it!
