Steamed Sea Oysters

Brush each sea oyster to clean the surface

Put in the basin

Boil water in a steamer, place the sea oysters on the grate, and steam for 5 minutes on high heat

Peel the ginger and cut into thin strips and then cut into small dices

Pour the diced ginger into a bowl, add salt, light soy sauce and vinegar, mix well

Tips:
The steaming time of sea oysters should be adjusted accordingly according to the amount put. If you like to eat it, you can add some olive oil to the dipping sauce.
