Steamed Shrimp with Enoki Mushroom and Garlic
1.
Wash the prawns and cut off the prawns.
2.
After the back is cut and taken out, use a knife to cut a few more crosswise, don't cut it.
3.
Add salt, cooking wine, and white pepper to the container and marinate for a while.
4.
Remove the roots of Flammulina velutipes, wash and tear small, and place on the bottom of the plate.
5.
Spread the marinated prawns on top of the enoki mushrooms, prepare the garlic paste in advance, and fill the back of each shrimp with the garlic paste.
6.
After boiling water in the pot, put the shrimp in a plate and steam for about 6 minutes.
7.
When it’s time to take out the shrimp plate, I didn’t have the plastic wrap. There is too much water, so I can pour out some of it.
8.
Top with steamed fish soy sauce, chopped green onion and diced red pepper.
9.
Heat a little oil and sauté the chopped green onion.
10.
Serve to the table and start eating.
Tips:
Enoki mushrooms are not easy to chew, so if you make them for children, it is better to cut them into small pieces.
