Steamed Shrimp with Garlic and Tremella
1.
The vannamei white shrimp I bought back from the supermarket, the shrimp head I used to boil the shrimp oil.
2.
After removing the head, shell, and intestines, and leaving the tail, add some salt, cooking wine, and white pepper to a bowl, mix well and marinate for a while.
3.
Prepared in advance garlic oil.
4.
Soak the soft white fungus in warm water in advance, remove the bottom and then shred it.
5.
Put the white fungus wire in the dish, sprinkle a little salt evenly and mix well.
6.
Arrange the marinated shrimp on the white fungus.
7.
Add garlic oil to the shrimp.
8.
Boil water in a pot, put in a shrimp plate, and steam on high heat for 8 minutes.
9.
When the time is up, sprinkle an appropriate amount of chopped green onion and drizzle an appropriate amount of steamed fish soy sauce.
10.
After heating an appropriate amount of oil, saute the chopped green onions.
11.
It's done.
Tips:
My white fungus is not very gelatinous when stewed, so I made it into a dish and the finished product was crunchy.
