Steamed Shrimp with Garlic Vermicelli
1.
Cut off the head and feet of the shrimp, open the back to remove the shrimp thread, pat a few times with the back of a knife, add salt and cooking wine to marinate for a while, then rinse with water and drain.
2.
Soak the vermicelli in warm water in advance and drain the water, then cut it into a plate, add a little salt and mix well, and then place the processed shrimps on the vermicelli in turn.
3.
Mince garlic. Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in a hot pan, add half of the minced garlic, add an appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, pepper and sugar, and fry until slightly yellow. Pour the fried minced garlic into the remaining half of the minced garlic and stir well.
4.
Use a spoon to evenly pour the sauteed garlic on top of the prawns.
5.
Boil the water in the steamer and steam it for about 6 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and pour in some hot oil.
