Steamed Shrimp with Garlic Vermicelli

Cut off the tail of the shrimp.

Use a toothpick to pick out the shrimp thread.

Cut the neck junction, don't cut it.

Hold the shrimp with your left hand, and use the blade with your right hand to reach the abdomen of the shrimp, being careful not to cut it in half.

Tips:
The vermicelli can be soaked in warm water to soften it, do not use boiling water to keep it hot.
