Steamed Shrimp with Tofu Vermicelli
1.
Soak the vermicelli in warm water for a few minutes. Wash the open back of the shrimp.
Cut the soft tofu into pieces and spread it on the plate, sprinkle some vermicelli, and then spread the shrimp.
2.
Cut the shallots into small pieces, mince the garlic, put half of the garlic and shallots in a frying pan to fry until fragrant, then add the other half of the garlic and ginger, a little salt and evenly sprinkle on the shrimp noodles.
3.
In another bowl, mix oyster sauce, cooking wine, sugar, and a little light soy sauce into a sauce and pour it evenly into 2, and finally put some vermicelli on it.
4.
Bring water to a boil on high heat and steam for 5-8 minutes in a steamer. I only steamed it for 5 minutes, the shrimp was very tender, the tofu vermicelli absorbed the umami flavor of the shrimp and the soup was very tasty. Sprinkle chopped green onion before eating, you can also put some sesame oil, the taste is very fragrant.
