Steamed Song Maru

Diced white radish and add salt to marinate for a while

Dice the lean meat, I added some fat to it

Diced shallots

Mix the cut meat with salt, light soy sauce and chicken essence

Diced radish to control the moisture, add green onion, lean meat and sweet potato powder, mix well

Pinch into balls

The finished product steamed for 45 minutes
