Steamed Spare Ribs with Black Rice

Cut the ribs into longer pieces, cut a few knives to taste, add all the seasonings to taste, mix well, add corn starch, and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.

Bama black rice.

Soak in cold water overnight.

Brush a layer of oil on the plate and set aside.

Drain the black rice, add a little salt to taste, and evenly stick the black rice on the ribs by hand.

Place them in a greased dish. (I made two sets.)

Bring the steamer to the heat, add more water, put the ribs in the steamer, cover the high heat and steam for about 80 minutes.

The beautiful and delicious black rice steamed spare ribs are ready. Compared with the usual white glutinous rice, it is more nutritious.
