Steamed Spare Ribs with Pumpkin Powder

First wash and drain the ribs, cut into small pieces 5cm long and 3cm wide, mix well with soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, sugar, green onions, and ginger shreds. Marinate for 20 minutes, turning several times during this time, for a more even taste.

Add five-spice rice noodles to the ribs and stir so that the ribs are covered with a layer of rice noodles, and then put in a bowl.

Steam on high heat for 30 minutes until the ribs are ripe.

At the same time, carefully remove the pumpkin lid with a knife and remove the pumpkin seeds.

Then use a spoon to dig loose the pumpkin flesh, carefully lay the eight mature ribs in the pumpkin, and mix with the flesh and mix well.
