Steamed Spare Ribs with Taro
1.
Half a taro, about 250 grams of soft row.
2.
Wash the ribs and add cornstarch, light soy sauce, chicken powder, salt, and minced garlic to taste.
3.
Peel the taro and cut into thick pieces.
4.
Put the oil in the pot, add the taro after the oil is warm and fry it until it becomes hard.
5.
The fried taro is drained and spread on the bottom of the pan.
6.
Spread the marinated ribs on top of the taro.
7.
Put it in a steamer and steam until the meat is rotten.
Tips:
The ribs must be marinated first to taste. Put more salt than usual steamed ribs to make the taro flavorful.
