Steamed Spare Ribs with Taro

1. Wash the small row, dry the water, put it in a container, add salt, cooking wine, ginger slices, and soy sauce to mix well.

2. Add an appropriate amount of sweet potato starch, mix well, and marinate for about 10 minutes.

3. Small rows of sweet potato flour.

4. Peel the taro, wash, and cut into palatable chunks.

5. Put the taro yard in a deep dish, sprinkle a little salt on the surface.

6. Spread the marinated small rows on the taro cubes.

7. Put it in an electric pressure cooker and press the "spare ribs" button to steam.

8. After serving, sprinkle some chopped green onions.

Tips:

Taro and small rows are laid flat, easy to taste and easier to cook.
