Steamed Spare Ribs with Taro

Wash the small row, dry the water, put it in a container, add salt, cooking wine, ginger slices, and soy sauce to mix well.

Add an appropriate amount of sweet potato starch, mix well, and marinate for about 10 minutes.

Small rows of sweet potato flour.

Peel the taro, wash, and cut into palatable chunks.
