Steamed Stuffed Bean Soup

Mince pork and chop with salt. Add chopped shiitake mushrooms soaked in advance.

Chop it together again.

Add starch, sugar and light soy sauce and stir well.

Cut the bean paste into a lid.

Stuff the stuffing in.

It's all well brewed.

Steam in a pot with hot water for 20 minutes. It can be topped with a glass of gorgon juice. Or use nothing like me, just eat it as it is.
Tips:
The pork is chopped and chopped with a little salt to make the meat smoother and more elastic.
