Steamed Stuffed Frozen Tofu

Frozen tofu thawed and cut into thick pieces

Add all seasonings except garlic and sesame oil to the minced meat

Whipped evenly

Cut frozen tofu and leave one side or both sides connected

Stuffed with meat

Code one by one on the disk

You can put it in cold water or after boiling

Mash the garlic cloves, pour in the light soy sauce and sesame oil

Steam for about 10 minutes and it's ready

Pour the garlic sauce on the frozen tofu while eating

Put less salt when mixing the minced meat, because there is garlic soy sauce at the back for seasoning
