Steamed Taro with Sauce

Peel the taro and cut into half-centimeter thick pieces, place them on a plate, mince garlic, and take two tablespoons of shiitake mushroom paste.

Pour oil from the pan, fry the garlic diced and chopped pepper, add the mushroom sauce.

Stir fry evenly. Here you can add a small amount of seasoning, salt sugar and light soy sauce, chopped pepper and mushroom sauce are all salty, depending on your taste.
