Steamed Tofu Custard

Ingredients: 2 eggs, 100 grams of tofu, 25 grams of pork, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of chopped green onion, appropriate amount of minced ginger, some five-spice powder, appropriate amount of chicken fat, and a little pepper

Blanch the tofu in hot water,

Tips:
Each seasoning can be adjusted according to your own taste.
It is not advisable to use high fire when steaming, so as to avoid steaming old and affect the taste.
Chicken fat can be replaced with other oils or not.
