This time I used yuzi tofu, which was formerly called Japanese tofu. In fact, it has nothing to do with tofu and is similar to egg products. It is softer and smoother than ordinary tofu. Many vegetables, mushrooms, and mustard are added to the minced meat. The nutrition is comprehensive, and it reduces oiliness and tastes more delicious.

Steamed Tofu with Minced Meat

1. Add salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, and cornstarch to the minced meat and mix well. Because I have to make other dishes, the minced meat is marinated together. In fact, only a small portion is used!

2. Wash two fresh shiitake mushrooms and dice.

3. Diced carrots

4. Diced broccoli

5. Two yuzi tofu, cut into round slices, put in a container

6. Diced mustard

7. The chopped mustard shreds are sprinkled on the tofu.

8. Heat the pan with oil, pour the marinated minced meat into the pan and stir fry until the color changes.

9. Pour the minced meat and juice onto the plate of tofu

10. Put it in a steamer and boil the water on high heat for 10 minutes.

Tips:

The sliced mustard tuber is very fresh, so it is best not to omit it. It has a salty taste, so you don't need to add salt when steaming.
