Steamed Vegetables are Healthier-steamed Chicken Wings with Mushrooms

Wash the chicken wings and cut in the middle for later use

Mushroom slices, potatoes peeled and sliced

Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, chopped green onion and garlic, salt and starch to the chicken wings and marinate for 20 minutes
4.
Place potato chips and shiitake mushrooms on the bottom of the plate
5.
Put the marinated chicken wings on top, sprinkle with millet spicy, put it in a pot and steam for 25 minutes
6.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion at the end
