Steamed Vermicelli with Garlic Shrimp and Oyster

The fans soak up.

After washing the shrimps, add salt and pepper to marinate for 10 minutes.

After washing the oysters, add cooking wine, salt and pepper to marinate for 10 minutes.

Other ingredients are prepared as shown in the picture.

Put the vermicelli at the bottom, and then spread the enoki mushrooms.

Steam in cold water for 4/5 minutes, and steam in hot water for 2/3 minutes.

Prepare the sauce: half of the garlic, some light soy sauce, a small amount of cooking wine, and a small amount of oyster sauce. If you have a lemon, you can drip a few drops of lemon juice.

Arrange the oysters and shrimps, pour the sauce evenly, and pour the garlic on top of the oysters and shrimps as much as possible. Steam for 3 minutes.

Heat up a pan with plenty of oil, add all other ingredients to saute, and then pour it evenly on top.

Because I couldn't finish it by myself, I reprocessed it the next day. Add a little water to soak the vermicelli until soft, marinate the oysters and shrimps according to the above method, and put them on top. Steam with hot water for 3-5 minutes. I can eat again.
