Steamed White Radish

Cut the sharp pepper into circles.

Prepare the chopped green onion.

Wash the white radish, cut into evenly thin slices, and put them in a plate.

Put the white radish in the steamer, boil the water and steam it on high heat for 10 minutes, turn off the heat.

Take the heat out of the steamer, pour the radish soup steamed from the plate into a small bowl, add salt to the hot soup to dissolve, and then add oyster sauce, sesame oil, pepper oil, and millet pepper rings. Stir well.

Pour the adjusted seasoning juice on the sliced radish, sprinkle with chopped chives, and serve.
