Steamed Yellow Croaker with Shrimp Paste

5 chilled yellow croakers, remove the phosphine and internal organs, add salt to marinate for 15 minutes, rinse with water and dry the water (the seasoning afterwards does not need to be salted)

Finely chop ginger and garlic

Finely chop tempeh

Kawashima Shrimp Sauce

Must-have coriander

Scallions, shredded chili

Mix all the seasonings (except peanut oil) and mix with yellow croaker evenly. Take a ceramic plate and put some long green onions underneath. Put the seasoned yellow croaker on top of the green onions and sprinkle with ginger and garlic. Drizzle with peanut oil

Boil water until boiling, and steam for 8 minutes

After steaming, put coriander and chili shreds

Let’s have a bowl of rice, it’s so refreshing
Tips:
Be sure to put the green onion under the yellow croaker to remove the fishy. It is best to use a ceramic plate to keep the temperature and not to cool down so quickly
