Steamer

Put the flour in the mixing bowl, prepare warm water and yeast powder.

Melt the yeast in warm water, slowly add it to the flour several times, and stir with chopsticks while adding water.

Stir it into a flocculent shape and knead it by hand to form a smooth dough, cover it and leave it in a warm place to ferment.

Stir the meat with water and add the chopped green onion.

Add the above seasoning and stir evenly.

The dough is fermented for about an hour, and the dough is taken out when the volume doubles.

Repeatedly knead the dough to fully exhaust, and then roll the dough into a large piece.

Spread the meat evenly.

Roll up from one side.

After rolling, put it in the steamer, cover the lid and let it stand for 20 minutes.

Steam on high heat for 30 minutes, turn off the heat for two or three minutes before opening the lid.

Let cool and cut into sections.
