Stewed Bamboo Shoots with Tricholoma

Cut the tricholoma into 2mm slices;

Boil the mushroom slices in hot water and remove the cold water;

Use bagged bamboo shoots;
4.
Soak in clean water for 20 minutes;

Cut the carrot into like eye slices;
6.
Put oil in the wok, add sliced ginger and fry until fragrant;

Pour in the blanched mushroom slices and the soaked bamboo shoots, then add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, and salt to taste;

Add a little hot water and simmer for 2~3 minutes;

Then pour in the sliced carrots and simmer for another minute. The carrots are cut off and stir-fried evenly. Add the chicken essence to serve.
