Stewed Beans

Pinching the head and tail of the soybeans, remove the fascia on both sides, this bean basically has no fascia, and rinse it off repeatedly.

Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok, saute the five-spice powder and chopped green onion, add the soybeans and stir fry.

Stir-fry until the beans change color, add cooked meat and stir-fry evenly. In fact, the bones are removed.

Add appropriate amount of Laotang to a boil over high heat, and simmer over medium heat until the beans are cooked. The Laotang is the previous soup with pork bones.

Stew the beans, add salt and light soy sauce to taste.
