Stewed Beef Brisket

Prepare a pack of Fenpi for later use.

Cut the sirloin into pieces, wash and set aside.

Bring to a boil, pour the sirloin and boil.

Remove and set aside.

Heat in a frying pan until it is six mature, pour in corn oil, pour in sirloin, add a few pieces of rock sugar, light soy sauce and stir fry for a while.
