Stewed Beef Brisket with Carrots

Wash the sirloin and cut into small pieces.

Blanch the sirloin.
3.
Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add the sirloin to a boil, and remove the blood.

Wash the green onion and ginger and cut into sections and slices.
5.
Add green onion, ginger, star anise, cinnamon and chili to the stock pot.
6.
Add oyster sauce soy sauce fermented bean curd sugar, turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour.
7.
Cut the carrots into hob pieces.
8.
Add carrots and salt to the eight mature beef brisket and continue to simmer.
9.
Stew until the sirloin is tender.
Tips:
Carrots do not need to be simmered for too long, so the beef should be simmered before adding the carrot cubes.
