Stewed Beef Brisket with Potatoes

Wash 800g sirloin, cut into small pieces and set aside.

Peel the ginger, wash and slice, wash the star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, and tangerine peel. Wash and cut dried chili into sections.

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into pieces.

Put the sirloin in a pot, pour in hot water that is flush with the sirloin, boil the blood on high heat, boil it out, rinse it with cold water, drain it, and set aside.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in a hot pan, add sliced ginger and saute until fragrant.

Pour the sirloin and stir fry.

Add all the spices from step 2 and stir fry for 2 minutes.

Add 30g light soy sauce, 30g cooking wine, stir fry for 5 minutes.

Pour in 2000ml of water, bring to a boil on high heat, and simmer on low heat for 2 hours.

After simmering, add 2g of salt and stir-fry evenly.

Add the potatoes and stir-fry evenly, simmer for 12 minutes on high heat, until the potatoes are cooked.

Add 5g chicken essence and stir evenly to get out of the pan.
13.
The delicious sirloin stewed with potatoes is ready.
Tips:
The sirloin is simmered with salt over a low heat.
