Stewed Beef Brisket with Potatoes

Prepare the main ingredients and auxiliary ingredients, and blanch the sirloin in the pot. Put in cold water, boil for a few minutes after boiling, remove the sirloin

Add oil to the heat, garlic, ginger, and chili shells until fragrant, add an appropriate amount of sugar
